


GENESIS I & II - CREATIVE MOVEMENT
A 45-minute class for 3-4 year olds.
Students are introduced to beginning ballet steps and modern dance "building blocks' while learning to move through space and cooperate with classmates. Students will use props, such as scarves or tambourines, to interpret Bible stories with movement.

ACTS - DRAMA FOR YOUNG DANCERS
A 30-minute class for ages 3 and up.

Students are introduced to the fundamentals of theatre through: songs, stories, rhymes, creative movement, costumes, and games. They will learn theatre vocabulary and find ways to use facial expressions and the body to create characters and tell stories. The key is to build self-confidence and stimulate the imagination.

EXODUS - PRE-BALLET & TAP
A 1-hour long class for 5-6 year olds.

A 1-hour long class for ages 8 and up.
For students who have acquired beginning skills.

A 30-minute barre introduces simple combinations and prepares students for more complex center and floor work to be given the second half of class. Focus is on control and style of the upper body, head, and arms - without losing correct placement and proper execution.

Students are eligible for pointe once they have successfully completed
4 years of classical ballet training and reached approximately 11 years in age.

1-hour class for ages 13 and up.
Students must have been en pointe for at least 3 months prior.

ECCLESIASTES - MODERN
Students learn the basics of modern dance including:
floor exercises, isolations, breath/movement coordination, and more.
ECCLESIASTES I - BEG. MODERN
A 45-minute class for ages 6 and up.

A 45-minute class for ages 8 and up.

Students learn to interpret music and move expressively in response to the Heart of God.

A 45-minute class for ages 6 and up.

ESTHER III - INT. LYRICAL
A 1-hour long class for ages 10 and up.
Preferably for students who are currently taking another form of dance (ballet, modern, or jazz).

A 1-hour long class for dancers age 13 and up.
An intermediate/advanced class for students
who have mastered the skills in Esther III.

Students will utilize the control of ballet and the fluidity of modern dance to practice contact-release, fall-recovery, floor work, and improvisation.

JUDGES - JAZZ
Students learn the basics of jazz dance including: clean lines, turns and leaps, rhythmic combinations, and more.

1-hour 15 minute workshop in theatre and production for ages 7 and up.

Students will experience a professional, yet fun, atmosphere while learning the basic skills for improvisation, scene study, character development, costume and set design, voice, theatre etiquette, auditioning techniques, rehearsal protocol, and stage terminology.
